Q:   When I used my username to login, the login screen showed "User ID Does not Exist Or Not Active"

A:   Firstly, please ensure that your login ID is correct.
       If this is your 1st login, please refer to the email sent from eResearch. Upon registration, you have to reset your password within 48 hours.
       If you fail to do so, your account will be deleted and you have to register again as a new user.
       If you still have problem after registration, please contact us though the email at the bottom of the page.

Q:   When I click on login button on the login page, "An unexpected error has occurred..." error message shown on the screen.

A:   This might be caused by maintenance work currently running on the website.
       Please try to access the web page again after a short while.
       Please also check your internet browser setting to make sure it is enable you to login;
       Or you can add eResearch web site to you Trusted sites.

Q:   When I login from the main page, the login screen showed "Incorrect Password".

A:   If this is your 1st login, please refer to the email sent from eResearch.
       Upon registration, you have to reset your password within 48 hours.
       If you fail to do so, your account will be deleted and you have to register again as a new user.
       If this is not your 1st login, do not refer to the email sent from eResearch after your registration.
       The password in that email can only be used for your 1st time login and you would have been prompted to reset the password then.
       If you can't remember your new password, please click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login page and enter your login ID or email.
       Your password will be sent to your email as registered with eResearch.

Q:   I used the login ID and password as instructed in the email I received from cbrs@bursamalaysia.com, but the screen showed "Incorrect Password".

A:   If this is not your 1st login, do not refer to the email sent from eResearch after your registration.
       The password in that email can only be used for your 1st time login and you would have been prompted to reset the password then.
       If you can't remember your new password, please click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login page and enter your login ID or email.
       Your password will be sent to your email as registered with eResearch.

Q:   When I clicked on the login button, the screen showed "The page cannot be displayed".

A:   This might be caused by maintenance work currently running on the website.
       Please try to access the web page again after a short while.
       Please also check your internet browser setting to make sure it is cookies enabled.

Q:   I forgot my password so I went to the "Forgot your User ID or Password?" page and entered my login ID (or email).
       However my password was not sent to my email account.

A:   Firstly, please ensure that your login ID or email address is correct.
       As long as the information given is correct, then you will receive your password soon through email.
       Depending on how busy the system is, the maximum waiting time needed to receive this email is around 30 minutes.

Q:   I checked the "Remember my login" checkbox on the login page, but every time I go to research report page, the system is still redirecting me to login page.

A:   Our system use cookies to remember your login. Please make sure that your Internet browser is cookies enabled.
